These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bio Longevity Centers Pty Ltd ("Bio Longevity", "we", "us", or "our") services, including our website, centres, memberships, and all related services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, visiting our centres, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Bio Longevity Centers provides longevity and wellness services including but not limited to hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, cryotherapy, IV therapy, health assessments, and related programs. Our services are designed to support general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently. Minors aged 16-17 may use certain services with parental consent and supervision. Some services may have additional age restrictions or health requirements which will be communicated during booking or consultation.

4. Health and Safety

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information during consultations
  • Disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and health concerns
  • Inform staff immediately of any adverse reactions during sessions
  • Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff
  • Consult with your healthcare provider if you have concerns about our services

Certain conditions may be contraindicated for specific therapies. Our staff will conduct health screenings and reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a risk to your health.

5. Memberships and Payments

Membership terms:

  • Memberships are for individual use only and are non-transferable
  • Monthly membership fees are billed automatically on your billing date
  • Unused sessions do not roll over unless specified in your membership agreement
  • Membership freeze requests require 7 days' notice and are subject to limitations
  • Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice
  • All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST

6. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, app, or by phone
  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid fees
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee or session deduction
  • No-shows may be charged the full session fee or have a session deducted
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to equipment maintenance or unforeseen circumstances

7. Code of Conduct

When using our facilities, you agree to:

  • Treat staff and other clients with respect and courtesy
  • Maintain appropriate hygiene and dress code
  • Not attend if you are unwell or have contagious conditions
  • Not bring prohibited items including alcohol, drugs, or weapons
  • Follow all centre rules and staff instructions
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour

Violation of our code of conduct may result in termination of your membership without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Bio Longevity Centers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bio Longevity Centers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or results from our therapies.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bio Longevity Centers, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify members of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
