Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Breathe pure oxygen under pressure to accelerate healing, reduce inflammation, and boost cellular energy production.
Book HBOT SessionWhat is HBOT?
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) involves breathing 100% pure oxygen in a pressurised chamber, typically at 1.5 to 2.0 times normal atmospheric pressure.
Under these conditions, your blood plasma becomes saturated with oxygen, delivering up to 15 times more oxygen to your tissues than normal breathing. This oxygen-rich environment supports healing, reduces inflammation, and enhances cellular function throughout your body.
HBOT has been used medically for decades to treat conditions like decompression sickness and wound healing. Today, it's increasingly recognised for its broader longevity and performance benefits.

Benefits of HBOT
Research-backed benefits of hyperbaric oxygen therapy
Accelerated Healing
Enhanced oxygen delivery speeds recovery from injuries, surgeries, and wounds by supporting tissue repair.
Reduced Inflammation
HBOT reduces inflammatory markers and supports recovery from chronic inflammation-related conditions.
Cognitive Enhancement
Improved oxygen delivery to the brain supports cognitive function, memory, and mental clarity.
Energy Production
Enhanced mitochondrial function leads to improved cellular energy production and reduced fatigue.
Athletic Recovery
Athletes use HBOT to accelerate recovery from training, reduce muscle soreness, and improve performance.
Stem Cell Activation
Studies show HBOT can stimulate the release of stem cells, supporting tissue regeneration.
What to Expect
Your HBOT session experience from start to finish
Preparation
Arrive in comfortable clothing. Remove jewellery and electronic devices. Our staff will brief you on the process.
Pressurisation
Enter the chamber and relax. Pressure increases gradually over 10-15 minutes. You may feel ear pressure.
Treatment
Relax, read, or rest while breathing oxygen at pressure for 60-90 minutes. Staff monitors you throughout.
Completion
Pressure returns to normal gradually. You may feel relaxed and energised. Resume normal activities immediately.
Important Considerations
HBOT may not be suitable for individuals with:
- Untreated pneumothorax (collapsed lung)
- Certain lung conditions or respiratory infections
- Recent ear surgery or severe ear problems
- Severe claustrophobia (though we offer spacious chambers)
- Certain medications (discuss with our staff)
Our team will conduct a thorough health screening before your first session to ensure HBOT is appropriate for you.
